The Selection of Outstanding Teacher Analysis at SD Negeri 01 Perigi Using TOPSIS Method

Teacher is an important part in the process of teaching and learning activities with students. A teacher can be declared achiever if he able to complete assigned task charged such as: class, personality attendance. At moment, SD Negeri 01 Perigi has 25 permanent teachers, usually chose best candidate uses a subjective judgments standards which based on closeness personnel. For this reason, further analysis needed overcome subjectivity procedure selection outstanding teachers by principal as decision maker. This research proposes solution problem that been mentioned, namely performing using TOPSIS method.
